Disneyland Passport

On December 18th we went to Disneyland to see how the park would be decorated for the holidays.  While we were there we stayed at the Disneyland Pacific Hotel and had a great time!

DISNEYLAND

The park was packed with people, but we were still able to get in a bunch of rides and took advantage of the fast pass ride reservation system.  If you go anytime soon, make sure to use it!

It's a Small World Holiday

It's a small world had to be the most amazing display of lights in the entire park.  It looked like every inch (inside and out) was covered with lights.  Below you can see a panoramic view that Christie took of the attraction.

It was really cool to be able to leave the park and come back whenever we felt like it.  Unfortunately the monorail was down for renovations, but there was still a tram within walking distance.

This was a special trip for us since we exchanged gifts and had our own little Christmas together.  We always go to Northern California for Christmas and it seemed silly to cart our presents for each other up there and then back down. We both made out like bandits!

Too bad the picture of our tree didn't really come out.

The Christmas tree was very beautiful when we first cut it down and brought it home, but Bryan forgot to water it for a day and it stopped taking any water after that.  Maybe a week later that beautiful tree looked pretty sad and was quite the fire hazard.  Oh well, better luck next year!

Our Christmas Tree

Annie and Sunshine had a great time playing with all the ornaments and lights and even ate some of the needles. Must have been really tasty judging by Sunshine's face. Aack!
